2024 Season Details

After an incredible 2023 YVR Season 1 to work out the kinks & get back in the groove post covid, we’re super excited for a big 2024 season!

2024 Season Outline

While dates are still in the works, here’s what you need to know now;

The season will include Rx & Scaled divisions
- The scaled division will include workouts specifically tailored to athletes who cannot Rx a standard group class & will go straight into Div III at playoffs
- The Rx division will include scalable workout options and teams will be split into Div I and Div II for playoffs, based on season performance
Our goal is to have multiple matches run on the weekend with 4-8 teams/match
- We’re looking to host matches in multiple locations, ensuring minimal travel time but also allowing us to ensure matches stay ~2 hours
Affiliates are encouraged to try to submit 1 team/division
- Let’s see what the affiliates have got! We recommend affiliates submit 2 Rx teams (and A team and a B team) and 1 scaled team
- Give your athletes something to strive for in qualifying to represent your affiliate at whatever level they can

Affiliates that host a match will earn a % of all their teams that register
Affiliates that host playoffs (all day) will get the same % split as well as 1 free team registration
Coaches from host affiliates will be given priority to be paid as match assistants or facilitators at $25 / hour
